Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Products showing signs of use or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method or Cash on Delivery refund process, where applicable.
