Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Products showing signs of use or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method or Cash on Delivery refund process, where applicable.
